Liesje Smith: Certified Rolfer™ & Somatic Movement Educator
“I aim to help clients attain structures that are more functional and more comfortable. One of my greatest professional joys is to help people learn to take advantage of Rolfing changes by incorporating greater range and frequency of motion in their lives. If they can do this, they will maintain and continue to improve their physical alignment—and overall health far into their later years. To this end, besides myofascial manipulation, I also instruct clients in range of motion exercises with a focus on alignment, and Rolfing movement techniques throughout the ten-series. To learn more about the Rolfing Ten-Series, go to my website, listed below.
My healing skills also include helping people with SourcePoint Therapy®, a form of energy medicine, Visceral Manipulation, Scoliosis and Scarwork. I can combine any of these therapies with The TAG Method, Trauma Reprocessing and Integration; which uses unconditional kindness, co-regulation and healing the brain through a Brainspotting technique.
If you seek a full-body, somatic unwinding that not only restores physical alignment but also promotes emotional well-being that is ROOTED in your experience of your sense of movement, your flesh and your felt awareness, Call me.
